Too much time populating the Thompson blog and the Globe Troffers has meant that this blog has been neglected. There’s just too much to do! what with work, family, learning to play the guitar, book club, film club and generally keeping on top of the music collection I really am stretched!

Anyway, enough of that. I was reading a blog earlier that was talking about the late lamented Teardrop Explodes – and of course, the Copemeister is still around doing his thing.

Little known fact is that the band’s name comes from an old Daredevil comic – and here it is!
